I have been a regular customer and have ordered the chicken here many times. Unfortunately, both today and during my previous visits, the quality has noticeably declined. The chicken has been extremely dry, tough, and difficult to eat. During today’s visit, I also had to send the rice back twice because it was not prepared correctly. What was most disappointing, however, was the manager’s response. Instead of listening to our concerns and trying to resolve the issue, he seemed more focused on defending the cook, repeatedly mentioning that the cook had been there for two years. His eye-rolling, dismissive body language, and overall attitude made us feel as though our concerns as paying customers simply did not matter. I have spent a significant amount of money at this restaurant each month and have continued to support this business despite previous issues. I was not looking for an argumentβ€”I simply expected properly prepared food and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, after today’s experience and the way our concerns were handled by management, this will be my last visit. Good customer service starts with listening to your customers, especially those who have consistent

Absolutely great spot. Went inside to get takeout and it's a great place! A small bar area and plenty of seating makes for a welcoming environment. I gotta say that the hostess was absolutely delightful. Super helpful as this was my first time and she helped me pick out some great food. The chicken is juicy but also has a great coating and amazing flavor. Gotta go back soon!

I got my regular order of bulgogi and I forgot to mention 8 did not want onions which is my fault so I assumed oh I'll just pick them out but this is how much there was. 18 Almost 19 dollars for one dish and most of it is onions. Their food is good it's just a bit pricy for what you are getting.

My experience here was amazing! From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly workers with a smile on their faces. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. The Korean corn dogs were delicious and I highly recommend! I also had the Korean bbq chicken which was delicious. Lastly, we had mochi ice cream that was a perfect light dessert. There’s light music going on and overall the space is not too noisy so you can still think and have a conversation. All in all, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back!

So let me start off by saying I’ve ordered pickup twice from this place. 1st time I ordered I got the wings with the street corn. The flavor of the wings loved it and the texture was nice and crunchy my only problem is I HATE BIG WINGS some people like them big I’m not those people YUCK so it immediately turned me off and I couldn’t eat it. But the street corn is my GO TO. 2nd time was today and I ordered the kimchi pork fried rice which was a 8/10 I wish it had more meat but the flavor was definitely there. I also ordered the street corn again which never disappoints. I also ordered the takoyaki it was 7/10 it just needed to be a little more crispy for my liking. But the reason I wrote this review THE WONTON DUMPLING SOUP the flavor was soooo good. This may have beat out the street corn. Long story short I love an hour away but I shall return.
